COMMON QUESTIONS

Good decisions start with good questions.

What does a standard home inspection include?

A standard inspection evaluates visible and accessible structural, exterior, roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, built-in appliance, attic, and garage components covered by applicable Texas standards.

Is the inspection a warranty?

No. An inspection is an assessment of visible conditions at the time of the visit. Covered, concealed, or inaccessible systems may have conditions that cannot be observed during a non-invasive inspection.

Is a sewer inspection included?

A standard home inspection does not include a sewer camera inspection. Ask about your property and we can clarify the scope before scheduling.
