A standard inspection evaluates visible and accessible structural, exterior, roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, built-in appliance, attic, and garage components covered by applicable Texas standards.
No. An inspection is an assessment of visible conditions at the time of the visit. Covered, concealed, or inaccessible systems may have conditions that cannot be observed during a non-invasive inspection.
A standard home inspection does not include a sewer camera inspection. Ask about your property and we can clarify the scope before scheduling.
